Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Orders placed outside business hours are processed on the next business day.
  • Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or promotional periods.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Italy: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 6–12 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed. Free shipping promotions are automatically applied when eligible.

Shipping Address

Customs & Import Fees

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe or appears lost during transit, please contact us. We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist until the shipment is resolved.

Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of both the packaging and the affected items.

Order Changes & Cancellation

Orders may only be modified or cancelled before they enter the fulfillment process. Once processing has started, we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible.
